Just in the way of introduction, I am the proprietor of Crocus Counselling Centre and have been working in Steinbach as a counsellor since 1994. The areas I most often counsel for are sexual, emotional and physical abuse, marriage and relationship issues, depression/anxiety/stress, and anger management. My counselling is on an individual and couple basis.
I have been through my own journey with sexual abuse recovery and have come out the other side, and believe I can help you on your journey. I have also worked through issues in our marriage and am experiencing the sweetness that can come with a good relationship.
Mission Statement
Every person always has hope for healing. There is no action or thought that a person can perform which affords me the right to think differently. My commitment is to help people respond in a healthy way to personal and relational struggles.
I adhere to the counsellors’ code of ethics to respect the choice of my client, and to responsibly care for my client in ways that show him/her esteem and promote their dignity.
