Fee Schedule

A session is $75.00 including G.S.T. for a 50 minute meeting.  As finding a counsellor with whom you feel compatible can be costly, the first session with Crocus Counselling Centre is half of the stated fee. (Mention this when making your appointment.)

In cases where you are unable to pay the stated fee, your family, church, close friend(s) or some other source may be willing to pay all or part of each session’s fee.  In such cases it remains the responsibility of the client to arrange for payment.  If you see this as a problem, please don’t hesitate to talk to me about it.

Clients may pay by cheque or cash.  Cheques are payable to Crocus Counselling Centre, or Lynn Kehler.

Payment is preferred on a weekly basis, but may also be made bi-weekly or monthly, provided they are paid in advance.

Missed sessions without 24 hours prior arrangement may be billed half the usual fee at the next session.

There is a charge of $10.00 for any written correspondence from my office on behalf of a client.

Fee for billing a third party or if a report is requested – $65.00

A record of all fee transactions will be kept and receipts are available upon request.
